Operation method:

Since the construction location is behind the bridge and culvert, in order to facilitate the walking of the rapid impact compaction contractor, the straight-line operation method should be adopted, that is, every single point of operation, forward or backward to the next point.

Working point layout:

The gap type is suitable for gap type construction. The edges of each compaction point are separated by a certain distance, and the points are arranged in an equilateral triangle, that is, the point distribution method with a distance of 50cm between the edges of each hammer is adopted. According to the experimental parameters, the center of the tamper at the first row of construction points is 80cm away from the structure, that is, the edge of the tamper is 30cm away from the structure, which can ensure the safety of the structure.

Number of working hammers:

According to the previous field test data, the rapid impact compactor has the best compaction effect with three gears and nine hammers. Most of the construction parts adopt the construction technology of the third gear and 9 hammers, and the first row close to the structure adopts the construction technology of the second gear and 9 hammers or 12 hammers.
